Repeatedly entering the same information into different documents, tracking work in disconnected spreadsheets or unclear access permissions can indicate a software need. We first identify users, inputs, approvals and outputs, then decide which steps should be automated.
A practical example: CMRYAZ
CMRYAZ is a web application I developed to manage CMR, Invoice and Packing List documents for logistics and foreign trade. Sender, recipient, goods and carrier details support document creation. Administrator, moderator and premium panels separate user roles. The project shows how a sector-specific workflow can become a software product.
Give the first release a clear scope
A first release should complete the essential daily workflow so feedback can arrive early. Panels, the data model, permissions and integrations are planned together. Later improvements can then follow real use. I use AI in development while still checking the resulting code and behaviour.

We first review what the files do and who uses them. After identifying repeated tasks, data relationships and necessary checks, we can design an appropriate application.
Can you extend existing software?
I need to review the source code, infrastructure and access conditions first. A technical assessment establishes the scope and compatibility of the proposed changes.
